My name is Catryn Roberts and I am an NHS trained Audiologist. I graduated with a First Class honours degree in Healthcare Science (Audiology) BSc (Hons) at Swansea University in 2014, and I have been working as an Audiologist ever since.
Through increasing pressure on the NHS and a reduction in services offered by GPs there is an increasing number of people who require professional ear wax removal. Old methods of ear wax removal via syringing are outdated therefore with All Ears I aim to provide a quick, efficient and safe ear wax removal service via microsuction.

I went to AEW for the first time a few days ago, and I’m very glad I did. Both my ears were really blocked and it has made a big difference. The discomfort in my left ear is gone and there is a very significant improvement in my hearing. Catryn was an excellent mixture of the personable and professional, and I felt confident I was being treated by someone who knew what they were doing. There was no sense of urgency and I felt the price was very reasonable for the time and the results. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed (in a good way!) by the change - the indicators on my car were loud, I thought the kettle was broken because it was so loud and two magpies fighting in a tree made me cower! Incredible service. Catryn is informative and answers any questions with clarity and expertise. Friendly and welcoming, she put this first timer completely at ease. The whole experience was superb. It’s just a shame I probably won’t need to go back for years!
